I have been building PC's for myself, family and friends for over 30 years. Once in a while a product comes to the market that gets the attention it deserves. Not just in quality, design, fit and finish, but in after sale service as well. That product sitting next to me as I type this is the New HAVN HS 420. I am an end user. English is my second language and I am not very good in writing a review that would do justice to this case. Others who do that for a living have already done their part. You Tube and Users groups such as JayzTwoCents, and Gamers Nexus have full blown detailed reviews of this case, Read their comments. My comments will be limited to is what happened AFTER I received the case. It was beautiful, heavy, built with precision and the one piece curved glass made the case stand out. Unfortunately in my case small one inch wide black metal trim piece in front of the case that has no structural function other than a trim piece that masks the edge of the glass was not completely attached to the glass in the upper two or three inches. I could see the very thin double sided tape sandwiched between the metal piece and the glass. Pushing it back would make it stick, yet in a few minutes the tape would release due to the slight bow and the springing action of the trim piece. I contacted HAVN, they had me fill a ticket. I wasn't asking for anything or looking for a return, all I wanted to know is if I could drop a few drops of gel super glue behind that trim piece or if they could send me about 18" of that thin double sided tape so I could reattach the metal trim piece properly. The answer was NO. Instead they insisted they send me a new complete glass. That piece of glass is ONE PIECE and covers the left side and the front of the case. It may very well be the most expensive part of the case. Within three days a well packaged new glass arrived and now I have a spare if I somehow managed to break one. Well done guys.

Fantastic company that really cares. Bought a limited edition Doom case from Microcenter— it was missing the small skull that connects to the GPU support bracket. Now I could have packed up the case and returned to Microcenter… a lot of work for a small missing skull.I was going to live without it, but on a whim I decided to email Havn support. Wow. Impeccable response time and resolved my issue right away. Support sent out a whole new support bracket with a skull! Zero charge. Can’t rate this company high enough. Thank you!!

I reached out to Pro Gamersware regarding a warranty issue with a chair I purchased nearly two years ago, after the armrest was damaged. Their team went above and beyond to help resolve the problem, and as I write this, a replacement armrest is already on its way to me. The entire process was handled professionally, quickly, and with great customer care. I’m very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic products and service. The HAVN HS 420 is the next level in high end computer case manufacturing, the details are a step above the competition. I couldn't let my new 5090 live in less of a case, it just seemed wrong. Although the entire case is perfectly engineered and designed with multiple next level features, accidents happen and mine arrived with some small scratches in the paint. That panel was shipped to me immediately and the case was made whole in less than a week with the least hassle possible, perfect customer service. The only real issue is the case makes the rest of my workstation looks scuff and I need to invest in some interior design improvements since the case looks so good and my desk is so old.

Purchased the HAVN HS 420 VGPU Dual-Chamber Mid Tower ATX...hands down the best PC case I've ever owned. I probably have built 30-40 computers in my lifetime...and this one has been by far the best. I will never part with it. A small clip broke on the video card riser cable (the one that locks the card in place) ...and the company was quick to respond and ship me a replacement. Great customer support...thank you.

They were very quick to solve my issue with my HAVN BF360 Flow's front panel rattling at no extra cost for me!
